Owner/Casting Director

Sylvia Gregory has cast SAG Feature and Independent Short Films, video games, commercials, web spots, print ads and ad campaigns for numerous national and regional commercials. She got her start casting as an Associate at The Denver Center for the Performing Arts, and then partnered with Cathy Reinking, former Casting Director at NBC. Sylvia opened her own agency in 2010, and has since cast the episodic films “Encrucijada” for PBS and Univision, which won the Heartland Regional Emmy in 2015. The New York Times has recognized her work for both The Colorado Office of Suicide Prevention’s “Man Therapy” PSA campaign, and The Colorado Shakespeare Festival’s production of Hamlet. Sylvia has worked as a Performance Director for Deck Nine Games, the Casting Director for The Colorado Shakespeare Festival for 9 seasons, the Casting Director for LOCAL Theatre for 7 seasons, as well as consulting on casting for many theaters throughout the state. She also teaches acting and auditioning for on-camera, video games and the stage. She holds a degree in Theater Arts with an emphasis in Acting from California State University Fullerton, a degree in classical acting from The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, and a Master’s of Fine Arts degree from The Alabama Shakespeare Festival/University of Alabama/PAT. Sylvia is a proud member of The Casting Society of America.

Casting Director and Certified Covid-19 Compliance Officer

Grady is the Director of Casting and Artistic Producer with DCPA. Selected casting credits include Twelfth Night, A Doll’s House and A Doll’s House, Part 2 in repertory, Oklahoma!, The Who’s Tommy, The Wild Party, Theater of the Mind and many other Denver Center productions. Choreography credits include several productions at DCPA, Colorado Shakespeare Festival, Colorado State University and Perry-Mansfield. Grady is an avid reader, a British Monarch history fanatic and lover of all things food.

Rebecca is the communications hub of the SG Casting team. She compiles audition information, communicates with agents, schedules talent, and distributes deal memos. A teaching theater artist based in Seattle, in the last five years she has developed and produced more than fifty new plays through her company, Parley.

Kaylee is proud and excited to be apart of the SG team. Since she can remember she has always had a passion for the film and television industry. As an actress Kaylee is known for her roles in ID Discovery’s Deadly Dentist, SYFY’s Paranormal Witness and a handful of local commercials. Kaylee graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelors in Film and Media Production. Additionally, Kaylee worked for a talent agency for 2 years in Scottsdale, AZ before moving to Denver, CO. She is excited to learn and grown in all aspects of the casting world. When she’s not working she is enjoying time in the mountains camping, hiking or hanging by the lake in the hot summer months. Kaylee has a fur child named Huxley who is a Golden Retriever and is recently married to her Husband Dan.

Allen McLain has over 15 years experience as a director and producer of commercials, brand films, documentary series and narrative content and has produced projects in Central America, Asia, Europe and Africa in 4 languages. He currently serves as CEO of Skytheory, a content company with offices and soundstage in Denver, Colorado where he hosts studio productions for clients such as NBC-Universal, ESPN, Comcast, MSNBC, and Travel Channel when not producing in-house branded content and entertainment productions.

Mason is over the moon to be joining the SG Casting Team! Mason is a musical theatre actor, dancer and producer originally from Los Angeles, CA. A member of SAG/AFTRA, Mason can be heard on multiple credits including: New Americana (Halsey), Despicable Me 2, Love, Simon, Sing!. Previous theatrical credits include: A Chorus Line, Something Rotten!, Rent, Beauty & the Beast, to name a few. Mason is a B.A. graduate of the University of Northern Colorado and a proud member of the DCPA artistic team, alongside Grady Soapes. Mason loves to be in the kitchen, travel, and make memories with the ones he loves most!
